Agreement and eligibility

By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the linked store policies. Customers must have legal capacity to transact and provide accurate account, payment, and delivery information.

Product information

We take reasonable care with diffuser descriptions, images, dimensions, capacities, components, finishes, and instructions. Screen settings, production batches, natural materials, fragrance perception, room size, ventilation, temperature, humidity, and use patterns may cause reasonable variation.

No medical claims

Our diffusers and fragrance products are intended for ambient scent and decorative use as described on the product page. They are not medical devices and are not offered to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Order acceptance

An automated confirmation records receipt but does not guarantee acceptance. We may decline, limit, or cancel an order because of availability, payment failure, pricing error, suspected fraud, legal restrictions, or delivery limitations. Captured amounts for canceled goods will be returned.

Acceptable use

Users must not introduce harmful code, evade security, impersonate others, misuse checkout, interfere with operations, extract protected material without permission, or use the service unlawfully.

Third-party services

Shopify, payment services, carriers, and linked websites operate under their own terms and technical availability. A link does not give Zoriavele control over independent content or services.

Liability and consumer rights

Within the limits permitted by law, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss is excluded. Nothing here removes mandatory consumer protections or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Operator and severability

The store is operated by Changsha Weiyuke Network Technology Co., Ltd.. If one provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
