Follow the product instructions

Use only as described on the product page and in supplied instructions. Keep the diffuser stable and upright, protect surfaces, and use only compatible components or refills identified for the product.

Fragrance and fire safety

Do not ingest fragrance liquids or allow contact with eyes. Keep products away from children, pets, food, open flames, direct heat, and ignition sources. Clean spills promptly using material-appropriate guidance, and seek professional advice if exposure causes concern.

Electrical diffuser safety

For powered models, use only the specified power source, keep electrical parts dry, ensure ventilation openings remain clear, and discontinue use if the cable, plug, housing, or device appears damaged or overheats.

Scent sensitivity and environment

Stop use and ventilate the area if discomfort occurs. Scent strength and duration depend on room size, airflow, temperature, humidity, settings, and frequency of use; individual perception also varies.

Product concerns

Report a suspected manufacturing defect promptly with proof of purchase and clear photographs or video. Normal consumption, ordinary wear, natural variation, accidental spills, misuse, unsuitable refills, improper cleaning, neglect, modification, or unauthorized repair are not manufacturing defects.

Available remedies

After assessment, we may offer troubleshooting, a replacement component, replacement goods, store credit, or a refund as appropriate. Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.
